Go Here: The 46 Best-ever Freeware Utilities

I use Several of these programs from the list starting with:

1. FireFox

2. AVG Free

3. Windows Defender

4. ADAWARE

5. SpyBot S & D

6. Spyware Blaster

7. Ewido

All of these programs are free and definitely needed if you’re on the web. Dont pay for an expensive program, just use the free versions. They work as long as you use them, at least weekly, and keep them updated with the latest updates.

Using Adaware and Spybot will keep your PC clean of spyware. Not 100% but close, and then you can top it off with Windows Defender. All three of these programs are spyware/adware scanner and cleaners.

Dont forget the Firefox browser, which is completely customizable and much more secure than Internet Explorer. Check out all the Firefox Extensions here: FireFox Addons Google even has its own extensions made exclusively for Firefox. One of those extensions protects you from online Phishing sites. Its called Google Safe Browsing for Firefox
Add AVG Free antivirus, and your internet experience is going to be pretty safe. It can be scheduled to perform a scan just like the expensive versions and has updates to the latest threats. Read about AVG vs. Norton here: AVG vs. Norton

Use these free programs. Try them all. I know people that have paid $80 and up to $150 for a computer specialist to clean up and fix their computers. Guess what programs these high paid computer specialists installed on those computers(see above free programs)? They charge you to install programs freely available from the internet. That anyone can download, install and run. Even the clueless pc user can do this.

So before you pay someone up to $150 clams to install free programs on your pc, do it yourself and save some money. Its not that hard people. Explore the links I have provided here. Read up, download and install, and in no time you will be taking care of your own computer and saving money to top it off.
